This Privacy Policy explains how The Index Finance, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use https://rwa.wtf and any related pages, dashboards, interfaces, APIs, communications, or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This Policy does not govern third-party websites, wallets, blockchains, protocols, exchanges, data providers, or applications that may be linked to or integrated with the Service.

1. Scope and Important Characteristics of the Service

rwa.wtf is an informational and trading-oriented interface focused on real-world-asset ("RWA") markets, including perpetual or leveraged products made available through third-party protocols or infrastructure. The Service may display markets, positions, orders, prices, funding information, collateral, wallet balances, and transaction history. The Company may operate the interface, but blockchain transactions and trading functionality may depend on independent wallets, networks, smart contracts, protocols, liquidity providers, or market-data sources.

Public blockchains are designed to be transparent. Information recorded on a blockchain, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, smart-contract interactions, and timestamps, may be publicly visible, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot alter, erase, or restrict information stored on a public blockchain.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

Contact and support information, such as your name, email address, message content, and any files or screenshots you submit.

Account or profile information, if account features are offered, such as username, authentication details, preferences, and notification settings.

Communications and feedback, including survey responses, bug reports, feature requests, and records of your correspondence with us.

Public wallet address and network identifiers when you connect a wallet or interact with blockchain-enabled features.

Publicly available on-chain activity, including transaction hashes, token holdings, balances, contract interactions, approvals, transfers, and distribution or trading activity.

Wallet connection events, signatures, and related technical metadata. We do not ask for or intentionally collect your private keys or seed phrase. Never share them with anyone.

2.3 Information collected automatically

Device and browser information, such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, language, time zone, and approximate location inferred from IP address.

Usage information, such as pages viewed, features used, links clicked, session times, referring URLs, errors, performance data, and interaction events.

Public sources and legally available databases, where appropriate for security, sanctions screening, compliance, or protecting the Service.

Provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Service.

Display portfolio, token, market, distribution, or trading-related information requested by you.

Connect the interface to third-party wallets, protocols, networks, and data sources.

Authenticate users, remember settings, process requests, and provide customer support.

Monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, analyze trends, and develop new features.

Protect users, the Company, and the Service; prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and prohibited activity.

Comply with applicable law, legal process, sanctions obligations, and valid governmental requests.

Send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

You are responsible for securing your devices, accounts, wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases. We will never ask you to disclose a private key or seed phrase.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.

Certain information may be exempt from a request, and we cannot delete or modify data recorded on a public blockchain. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

The categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; commercial or transaction-related information; and inferences drawn from usage.
