Support
How to get help.
Support for rwa.wtf is handled directly by the team through two channels: email and X (Twitter). There is no live chat, phone line, or Discord/Telegram community for support.
Use email for account issues, funding and withdrawal problems, technical bugs, and legal or compliance questions. Email is the right channel for anything that involves account details or requires a written record.
X (Twitter)
Use X for quick questions and for checking on platform status during an incident. Do not post account details, wallet addresses, or transaction information publicly; move those conversations to email.
What to include in a report
A report is resolved faster when it includes:
- The email address or wallet associated with your account
- The market involved, if applicable (for example, the asset or trading pair)
- The approximate time the issue occurred
- A screenshot, if the issue is visible in the interface
What to expect
Reports are handled by email. There is no guaranteed response time; the team reviews and replies to messages as they come in. During venue or network incidents, the terminal surfaces a notice directly in the shell, so check there first if something looks wrong.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email admin@theindex.finance with SECURITY in the subject line. Do not test against other users' accounts or real funds.
